Qualifications

• Must obtain a TB skin test if not recently done (options: local County Health Department or CVS Minute Clinic; reimbursements are available).

Responsibilities

• Assist an elderly male client with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking to maintain independence at home.
• Provide companionship and support as needed.
• Follow care plan instructions and report any changes to supervising staff.
• Maintain accurate care logs and communicate observations.
