Job summary

Bridge 2 Success Group Home in High Point, NC is seeking a Personal Care Aide to provide hands-on support with daily living activities. You will follow individualized care plans to help clients maintain safety, dignity and independence, while delivering compassionate and professional care.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of caregiving experience, strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid if not already certified.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of caregiving or healthcare experience.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and maintain client dignity.
• Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism in care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility needs including walking, transfers, and use of mobility equipment.
• Assist with toileting, continence care, and medication reminders as per care plan.
• Prepare and assist with meals, feeding, and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Observe and report changes in health, behavior or condition to supervisors.
• Encourage activity and independence while maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow all company policies, safety requirements, and individual care plans.
