Job summary

Its Your Home Care is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide in-home non-medical support in the Harrisburg, PA area. You will assist clients with daily living activities, offer companionship, help with light housekeeping and meals, and support mobility according to care plans.

The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and empathy. Candidates must be 18+, pass background checks, and have or be willing to obtain required screenings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass background checks and required screenings.
• Reliable, punctual, and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Follow care plans and report any changes in client condition.
