Job summary

Arcadia Home Care and Staffing is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aide professionals to provide essential client support in a home-care setting. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules offer consistent hours and opportunities for growth.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and transportation where applicable. Paid training, weekly pay, and benefits are provided—no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation (Driver’s license not required)
• Ability to complete TB testing

Responsibilities

• Personal Care - Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Home Support - Perform light housekeeping, Laundry and linen changes, Meal preparation
• Transportation (when applicable) - Run errands (groceries, pharmacy, etc.), Transport clients to appointments
