Job summary
Nabi Home Healthcare Inc. is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant/ Nurse Aide/ Certified Nurse Aide to join our home care team.
You will provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, support ADLs, monitor medications as needed, and help develop individualized care plans to improve quality of life. Join our team to work in a nurturing environment with flexible hours, ongoing training, and bi-weekly pay.
Qualifications
- Ability to assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal prep.
- First aid & CPR basic knowledge is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication with residents, families, and staff.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care to the client.
- Assist with ADLs and meal preparation.
- Assist with monitoring medications as required.
- Maintain safety protocols and a clean living environment.
- Document client care activities using EVV systems.
- Communicate between residents and families about care plans.
- Contribute to individualized care plans.
- Drive clients to appointments or activities as needed.
