Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Valid medical license to practice in the state.
• Current DEA registration, as applicable.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent bedside manner with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents.
• Perform routine well-child examinations and physical assessments.
• Monitor and evaluate growth and development.
• Administer and review routine childhood immunizations.
• Diagnose and treat common pediatric illnesses and conditions.
• Review and interpret laboratory results and other diagnostic testing.
• Provide anticipatory guidance and preventive health education.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with parents and caregivers regarding their child\'s health and treatment plan.
• Develop strong relationships with patients and families through excellent bedside manner.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and patient records.
• Coordinate care and make appropriate referrals to specialists when needed.
• Provide age-appropriate health education and guidance.
• Participate in maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality of care.
• Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative staff.
