Responsibilities

• Assists in preparing units and patient rooms for admissions, transfers, and post-operative patients.
• Taking vital signs and recording promptly; report changes to LPN/RN.
• Distributes water and records intake/output during shifts.
• Provides personal hygiene care and assists with various procedures under supervision.
• Makes frequent rounds and repositions patients for comfort.
