Job summary

Vitruvian Health's Bradley Medical Center is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) for the 3rd shift. The role provides routine, high-quality patient care, assists with activities of daily living, and supports the nursing staff during procedures.

The position includes clerical tasks and patient record coordination within the unit. Minimum high school diploma or GED is required; one year of nursing assistant or patient care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or GED.
• Experience: One-year nursing assistant experience preferred; one-year patient care experience preferred.
• Licenses/Certificates: Certified Nursing Assistant preferred or enrolled in accredited nursing program preferred; BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine, high-quality patient care across pediatric to geriatric patients under supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, eating) and collect non-invasive specimens and vital signs.
• Support physicians and nursing staff during procedures and maintain effective communication within the unit and across departments.
• Perform essential clerical duties, maintain patient records, and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
