Candidates must have a valid HHA or PCA certificate and pass a background check. This position offers full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible schedules and 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• Physical exam form signed and dated by a physician.
• Drug screening required.
• Immunization documentation for Rubella & Rubeola.
• TB screening with negative QuantiFeron test.
• Verification of past agency employment or two professional reference letters.

Responsibilities

• Help clients live safely and comfortably at home.
• Support clients’ physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Provide compassionate personal care and companionship.
• Safely use assistive equipment like Hoyer lifts and wheelchairs.
• Follow care plans and complete required documentation.

Skills

Valid HHA or PCA Certificate

Ability to pass a criminal background check

Reliable transportation to commute to clients’ homes

Experience as a CDPAP personal assistant
