A Plus Health Care is hiring Personal Care Aides to help our clients stay happy, healthy and successful in their own homes across Montana. We offer flexible hours, a 16-hour training course at no cost, and benefits with options you can customize.

We screen applicants with a background check and welcome trained PCA/CNA candidates to apply immediately. Shifts are available now and can be tailored to balance work and personal life.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Entry-level opportunity with no prior healthcare experience required to apply.
• A 16-hour training course is provided at no cost to you and meets the position's educational requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care, including activities of daily living.
• Assist with meal prep, dressing, bathing, transfers, light housekeeping, and shopping.
• Support clients in socialization and maintaining independence in their own homes.
