Job summary

Trusted Life Choices in Omaha, NE is seeking compassionate CNAs and PCAs to provide essential in-home care, supporting clients with daily living tasks and maintaining their independence.

You will assist with ADLs, remind about medications, prepare meals, support mobility, and document care activities to ensure continuity of care. A CNA certification and reliability are required, with CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• Active state CNA certification or completion of a recognized PCA training program.
• Experience in home health, assisted living, or clinical setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing while preserving privacy and dignity.
• Provide timely medication reminders and monitor health status, reporting changes to the nursing supervisor.
• Perform light housekeeping and prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and preferences.
• Support client mobility and safe transfers using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily care activities, observations, and client progress.
