Job summary

Envive Healthcare is seeking a reliable Van Driver at Envive of Brookville to transport patients safely to medical appointments and activities. You will support residents, assist with entering and exiting the vehicle, and help maintain vehicles.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide certification required.
• Basic knowledge of loading/unloading passengers from a motor vehicle.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift, maneuver, and support up to 80 pounds.
• Strong record-keeping and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate vehicles to transport patients to appointments and activities.
• Develop positive relationships with patients and residents while providing support.
• Assist ambulatory and non-ambulatory individuals entering and leaving the vehicle.
• Monitor vehicle condition and report any maintenance needs.
• Record trip details including attendance, mileage and time.
