Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services in Nashville, TN is seeking patient server teammates for part-time roles in Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown. You will assist with tray assembly, meal delivery, and catering rounds on assigned units, with flexible hours and rotating weekends. Previous kitchen experience in healthcare is required.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience in a healthcare setting is required.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits a friendly, caring attitude to patients when taking menu selections and delivering trays.
• Takes patients' menu selections prior to each meal.
• Ensures dietary restrictions are followed and respects allergies and preferences.
• Assembles trays accurately according to tray tickets.
• Maintains patient information and communicates with nursing staff.
