Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required.
• American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS certification required.
• STABLE: 6 months of training/credentialing for designated units within six months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct care to patients with emphasis on hygiene, safety and comfort.
• Assists with admissions, orientation, and positioning of patients.
• Monitors vital signs, intake/outtake, and data collection per policy.
• Transports medications and coordinates with care team.
• Maintains supplies and equipment on the unit.
• Communicates patient changes and escalates to the nurse as needed.
