Job summary

You'll complete required trainings such as BLS and Handle with Care, and you will use basic healthcare technology for documentation and monitoring. Strong communication and time management are essential as you collaborate with the care team.

Qualifications

• Reading and numerical competency; comfortable using technology and computers.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• BLS Healthcare Provider training to be provided during orientation or transfer.
• Handle with Care training within 6 months of hire and annually thereafter.
• Must have effective communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients under nurse supervision.
• Assist with physical and psychosocial needs of patients.
• Perform assigned tasks as competency documentation designates.
• Report patient welfare and safety to the RN.
