Luminis Health, Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care with emphasis on hygiene and comfort, under the supervision of licensed staff. You will assist with admissions, vital signs, and patient orientation to room and equipment.

The role includes supporting discharge, performing basic clinical tasks as directed, and documenting accurately in the patient record. A High School Diploma and CNA certification are required, with compliance to BLS standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant credential required per organization policy.
• Adherence to credentialing requirements and BLS by American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care focusing on hygiene, comfort, and safety.
• Assist with admission, vital signs, and orientation to room and equipment.
• Support discharge preparation and transport as needed, ensuring clean environment.
• Perform venipuncture, IV therapy, dressing changes, and specimen collection per policy.
• Document procedures and treatments accurately and report changes in patient condition.
