Responsibilities

• Under RN or physician supervision, performs patient care activities within competency.
• Prioritizes tasks and notifies RN when unable to complete duties.
• Documents care accurately, legibly, and timely.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and safe environment.
• Transports patients, equipment, and specimens as needed.
• Participates in departmental performance improvement activities.
