Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Performs direct and indirect patient care under RN/LPN guidance.
• Implements components of the plan of care for basic needs and daily living.
• Observe patient condition, vital signs, feeding, and elimination patterns.
• Indirect duties include cleaning, maintaining a hazard-free environment, and supplies.
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines; support the unit's mission and values.
• Handle computer entry and basic charting as required.
