Qualifications

• Must hold Georgia Registry as a CNA.
• Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA).

• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
• One year of patient care experience (CNA, PCT, Military Medic, ED Tech or similar).
• Visual color acuity required for specific unit roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Prepare and maintain patient charts; transcribe physician orders.
• Enter information into the computerized patient care system.
• Share tasks with licensed and non-licensed team members within a unit-based, multidisciplinary care team.
