Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and a caring, reliable nature. Background checks and a drug screen are required; first aid training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent time-management skills and reliability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to pass background check and drug screen.
• Training in First Aid and emergency response is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene for clients.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation with client input.
• Encourage and support clients to meet exercise goals.
• Administer medications on schedule and accompany to appointments as needed.
• Assist with shopping and grocery organization for clients.
