• Maintains unit/department organization, equipment, and safety.
• Prepares patient care areas and basic comfort measures for patients.
• Demonstrates positive interpersonal skills when interacting with patients and staff.
• Performs admission, transfer and discharge procedures as needed.
• Responds promptly to patient needs and call lights.
