Formación

• 1 year of customer service, medical office, or healthcare experience (or)
• 6 months experience as a Providence employee in an Associate position.

Responsabilidades

• Register patients and manage check-in/out processes.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendar slots.
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits for accurate billing.
• Perform general clerical duties to support care teams.
