Job summary

Chateau Retirement in Washington State is seeking a part-time server to assist with dining services for residents. You will serve meals, bus tables, clean and reset dining areas, and communicate warmly with residents.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service preferred.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
• Have a calm, pleasant demeanor and professional appearance.
• Must pass a Department of Social and Health Services background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and bus, clean, and reset tables according to property guidelines.
• Participate in a daily/weekly cleaning schedule for kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist with assembling and delivering food trays as directed.
• Communicate with residents in a warm and friendly manner.
• Help maintain organization and appearance of dining areas, inform supervisors about inventory.
