Qualifications

• Current Indiana LPN or RN license.
• Dependability, accountability, and strong communication skills.
• A commitment to providing quality, resident-centered care.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Preferred: experience in long-term care, memory care.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and recognize changes in their health or condition.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans.
• Provide nursing services tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and other members of the care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Follow nursing standards, community policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
• Support residents’ emotional, social, and physical well-being.
