Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Must be pleasant and respectful toward residents and families.
• Must be able to work as a team with all other employees.

Responsibilities

• Maintains daily cleaning of floors and surfaces across resident areas.
• Disinfects and deodorizes rooms, halls, and common areas.
• Cleans bathrooms and restocks supplies.
• Cleans and polishes glass panels, doors, and partitions.
• Straightens furniture, waters plants, empties and washes waste baskets.
• Performs monthly, quarterly, and yearly special cleaning tasks.
• Attends required in-service trainings and meetings.
• Other tasks as assigned within scope of practice.
