Job summary

Sapphire Health Services, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper for a Day Shift to help maintain a clean and sanitary environment for residents and staff at our facility in Oregon. You will perform sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and surface cleaning, move furniture as needed, assist with laundry, and follow all safety and infection-control procedures.

You’ll interact professionally with residents, families and team members, using approved cleaning products and reporting any concerns

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial duties.
• Ability to follow safety precautions and infection control policies.
• Willingness to assist with laundry as needed.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes protective gear as directed
• Professionally clean and maintain property
• Use cleaning products and procedures as directed by company standards
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces
• Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind
• The Housekeeper will assist with laundry as needed
• Responsible for the safe and proper mixing and use of cleaning solutions and adheres to all safety precautions
• Interacts appropriately with residents, families and other personnel
• Follows infection control and universal precautions policies and procedures
• Follow proper reporting, isolation and handwashing procedures/techniques
