Job summary

Mental Health America of Los Angeles is seeking an Outpatient Therapist for Lutherville, Owings Mills, or Cross Keys MD. You will manage a caseload of 25–28 clients weekly, perform assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans in a supportive, team-based environment.

MD-licensed clinicians (LCSW-C, LCPC, LMSW, LGPC) with outpatient experience are encouraged to apply. Flexible work-from-home options are available and you will receive weekly supervision and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• MD-licensed clinician with outpatient mental health experience.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 25–28 clients per week.
• Strong collaboration with clinical team and supervisors.
