PAM Health seeks a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to join our inpatient care team, delivering direct patient care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and implementing individualized treatment plans for a diverse patient population. Applicants must be licensed as an OTA in the state, maintain current BLS, and have or be pursuing ongoing professional development.

One year of clinical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed as OTA in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Plan and implement individualized treatment programs for patients.
• Adapt goals and activities to patient needs within PAM Health facilities.
