Job summary

i4 Search Group is looking for compassionate Occupational Therapists to join their Home Health and Assisted Living team throughout the Denver metro area. This position offers a weekday-only schedule, allowing for flexibility and autonomy while making a meaningful impact on patients’ quality of life.

The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat patients experiencing various impairments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams. Comprehensive benefits, a supportive culture, and growth opportunities are also provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.
• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the State of Colorado.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Assess patient deficits related to ADLs, IADLs, mobility, cognition, safety awareness, and functional independence.
• Implement therapeutic interventions designed to improve patient participation and quality of life.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
