Job summary

A healthcare provider is looking for an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join their team in Austin, Minnesota. In this role, you will support the Occupational Therapist in delivering patient care primarily to adult and geriatric patients. Qualifications

• Current valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license to practice in appropriate state.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic treatment in accordance with the patients’ established plan of care.
• Monitor patients' progress and report any changes to the Occupational Therapist.
• Participate in training programs for community staff, patients, families, and rehabilitation staff.
• Assist Occupational Therapist in establishing restorative nursing programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
