Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1 year of applicable nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Applies nursing judgment through systematic nursing care.
• Assessment: comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments.
• Planning: creates goals and teaching plans with patient/family.
• Implementation: prioritizes and delivers care efficiently.
• Evaluation: monitor outcomes and adjust the plan.
• Communicates with physicians and care team using SBAR.
• Supervises delegated tasks to unlicensed staff.
