Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Kissimmee is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality inpatient rehabilitation services, guiding patients toward independence and improved quality of life. You will work within a collaborative team, using advanced technologies to support meaningful recovery and daily progress.

Formación

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsabilidades

• Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
