Logan Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered OT services in a team-oriented environment. You will administer treatments, develop individualized plans, and ensure timely documentation in line with payer guidelines.

• Must hold or obtain Montana OT license within 30 days of hire.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program and must obtain MT OT license within 30 days.
• RQI Provider (BLS) within seven days of hire or before independent patient care.
