Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of West Valley seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide direct patient care, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise therapy sessions. You will assess patient needs, coordinate care plans, and support recovery through tailored interventions in a team-driven rehab setting.

Applicants must hold a current state OT license and obtain BLS/ CPR within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state license in Occupational Therapy.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients requiring occupational therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments; conduct patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
• Address patient concerns and track progress; build meaningful patient relationships to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress along the way.
