Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Savannah seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide direct patient care, supervise care and treatments, and develop personalized care plans for rehab patients. You will guide patient assessments and build meaningful clinician-patient relationships to support recovery.

The role emphasizes compassionate, top-tier OT services, access to advanced technology, and a collaborative team culture within a national inpatient rehabilitation leader.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsabilités

• Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
