Qualifications

• Must be a certified Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Address client's performance to support engagement in occupations affecting health and life quality.
• Select and adapt OT treatment model and approach per case.
• Apply interventions to maximize safety and ADL/IADL performance.
• Teach clients new task approaches and break down activities into components.
• Assess home and environments and advise on alterations.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and train in its use.
• Educate family members and caregivers.
• Observe progress and report on goals; collect data and document processes.
