Job summary

Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Worcester, MA. The role supports OBGYN and provides nursing care with opportunities to participate in a range of outpatient procedures.

Compensation includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus for external candidates and an hourly rate with a broad 29–52 USD/hour range depending on experience and shift. OptumCare is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Currently licensed as an RN in Massachusetts.
• 1+ years of RN/LPN experience and phone triage experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides effective patient care directly to patients or through telephone management.
• Delivers care based on patient's specific needs and conducts patient interviews on admission.
• Performs urogynecology-related nursing procedures, including bladder instillations and voiding trials.
• Utilizes Special Procedure Unit for outpatient procedures such as uterine polyp removals.
• Plans for care collaboratively with patient and multidisciplinary team, involving patient and family as needed.
• Implements and evaluates the plan of care; revises as needed.
