Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Ensure proper hygiene practices are consistently followed.
• Monitor and record vital signs; report significant changes to nursing staff.
• Support patient mobility, including safe transfers from beds to wheelchairs.
• Serve meals to patients.
• Engage with patients, providing empathetic and individualized support.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
