Job summary

Qualifications

• If working in Wisconsin, must be on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry with current work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN or LPN supervision.
• Administer delegated tasks and treatments; record vital statistics and basic health information.
• Collect non-invasive specimens as needed and perform related clerical scheduling tasks.
