Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with direct/non-direct patient care under licensed personnel.
• Observe, obtain, and report patient data/status to the RN.
• Respond to acuity changes and emergencies as directed by nursing staff.
• Demonstrate safety practices and proper body mechanics.
• Document services and use SBAR for safety rounds.
