Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro in San Pedro, CA, is seeking a Nursing Assistant for per diem and full-time positions with day and night shifts. You will work 12-hour shifts, performing delegated patient care under an RN, including vital signs, EKGs, and transport.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited CNA program or Nursing Assistant program.
• Completion of 2nd semester of accredited Nursing Program; HHA with 1-2 years experience.
• Current BLS certification by American Heart Association or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Perform delegated routine patient care tasks under RN supervision.
• Conduct basic patient care, vital signs, EKGs and transportation as assigned.
• Respond to patients and families with appropriate age-specific skills
