Job summary

Sonida Senior Living's Cottonwood Village in Cottonwood, AZ seeks a Nursing Aide to provide compassionate care to residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care settings.

You will support daily living activities, assist with medications and meals, and help residents maintain independence while upholding dignity and respect. Training is provided, and benefits support a stable, rewarding career with the team.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with planning and executing activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
