Position Title: Non-Medical Transportation Driver

Position Summary

The Non-Medical Transportation Driver safely transports clients to and from appointments, ensuring a comfortable and professional experience. The driver represents the company with courtesy, punctuality, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport clients to medical and therapy appointments and other approved destinations.
• Assist clients safely entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate trip logs and mileage records.
• Communicate professionally with clients and staff.
• Adhere to HIPAA confidentiality and client privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Prior experience in transportation or healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and assist clients when necessary.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
