Stand Out Home Care in Tempe, AZ is seeking compassionate non-medical caregivers to support clients in daily living at home. You will provide personal care, companionship, meal prep, and light housekeeping, while documenting updates for clients.

We offer flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and a supportive team. A valid driver’s license and vehicle are required, and CPR/First Aid and background checks are part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred; training is provided.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and compassionate demeanor.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card and CPR/First Aid.
• DCW certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personal care support including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide companionship, conversation and emotional support.
• Prepare simple meals and encourage good nutrition.
• Light housekeeping including laundry and tidying.
• Medication reminders (non-clinical).
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Run errands and provide transportation to appointments.
• Document shift notes and client updates accurately.
