Job summary

TheKey is seeking compassionate caregivers in New Jersey (NJ CHHA) to provide in-home, 1:1 care for aging clients. You’ll support daily living, safety, and companionship in the clients’ homes with guidance from our local team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• NJ CHHA certificate valid and active.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle.
• TB clearance or chest X-ray completion.
• MMR vaccination.
• Completed physical.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care for clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living, grooming and meals with dignity.
• Support home safety and light housekeeping tasks.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands.
• Offer companionship with tailored activities.
