Qualifications

• QMA certification required by state.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Passion for working with elderly residents.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
• Monitor vital signs (temp, BP, pulse).
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Educate patients and families about healthcare maintenance.
• Observe and report patient condition changes to supervising nurse.
• Assist with geriatric care needs.
