Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification options may be accepted, including CNA/NCMA/NCPCT or Sentara Care Partner programs.
• Previous direct care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support admission and discharge processes.
• Change, bathe and ambulate patients as directed by nursing staff.
• Draw blood and assist with basic clinical tasks under supervision.
• Provide catheter care (foley) when needed.
• Ensure patient needs are met with teamwork and compassionate care.
