Sanford Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident-centered care in an assisted living setting. Responsibilities include daily living activities, vital signs, and psychosocial support under supervision of a charge nurse.

They may assist with meals, documentation, and routine procedures. The role requires CNA certification, HS diploma or GED, and 12 hours of annual continuing education. Night shifts and rotating hours are possible as the nursing department operates 24/7.

Formación

• GED or high school diploma preferred.
• CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing required.
• Annual continuing education: minimum 12 hours.
• Eligible for Sanford Category II Driver if required by facility.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, vital signs and psychosocial support.
• Assist with meals and dining to create a positive dining experience.
• Assist with routine procedures and medication administration as delegated by a licensed nurse.
• Document care, medication outcomes, behavior, activity, and dietary information; communicate changes to the charge nurse.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties as needed to support resident comfort and safety.
• Support 24-hour nursing coverage with rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Educación

GED or high school diploma
