Job summary

Behavioral Health Group (BHG) is seeking a Medication Nurse (LPN/RN) in Kentucky to screen patients, administer methadone, and monitor progress in a compassionate, patient-centered setting.

You will work Monday–Friday 5am–1pm with rotating Saturday shifts, maintain accurate dosing records, coordinate care with counselors and medical staff, and help ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an RN/LPN in Kentucky.
• CPR and First Aid certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide care including methadone administration and patient assessment.
• Monitor patients post-dose and document progress.
• Maintain DEA-compliant medication inventory and records.
• Collaborate with the care team to support recovery goals.
• Support regulatory and accreditation readiness.
