Job summary

A senior living community in Escondido is seeking a part-time Care Provider to assist residents with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to care for the elderly and excellent customer service skills. This position offers training for the right individual and requires a high school diploma or GED. Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a criminal background check and health screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as specified in care plans.
• Respond to residents’ needs promptly while maintaining dignity and confidentiality.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff and residents.
